The Company's products include automated optical inspection (AOI) and process control systems for bare and assembled printed circuit boards (PCBs) and for flat panel displays (FPDs) and imaging solutions for PCB production. In addition, Orbotech markets computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) solutions for PCB production. Through its subsidiary, Orbograph Ltd., the Company also develops and markets automatic check reading software to banks and other check processing organizations. Orbotech is continuing to develop its proprietary technologies for use in other applications both within and outside the electronics industry. The Company has two operating segments: Production Support Solutions and Automatic Check Reading.
